When looking at a three-dimensional (3D) specimen through a transmitted brightfield optical microscope, only the part of the specimen contained in the focal plane appears sharp while the remainder looks smooth. The deconvolution task consists in deblurring the observed image in order to recover the original shapes of the object. Although 2D deconvolution softwares are available freely, the 3D consideration gives rise to many problems leading to the impossibility to recover the original images without any assumptions. Moreover some noise is added to the signal, it has been considered as a white Gaussian noise.

Robust_car_tracking_using_Kalman_Filtering

We present a real-time model-based vision approach for detecting and tracking vehicles from a moving platform. It was developed in the context of the CMU Navlab project and is intended to provide the Navlabs with situational awareness in mixed trac. Tracking is done by combining a simple image processing technique with a 3D extended Kalman lter and a measurement equation that projects from the 3D model to image space. No ground plane assumption is made. The resulting system runs at frame rate or higher, and produces excellent estimates of road curvature, distance to and relative speed of a tracked vehicle. We have complemented the tracker with a novel machine learning based algorithm for car detection, the CANSS algorithm, which serves to initialize tracking

为解决非刚体运动分析中模型精度和计算复杂度之间的平衡问题,该文提出了一种基 于圆锥曲线模型的弹性连接体(人体)三维运动估计方法。建立了人体三维模型,根据双目图 像序列进行基于该模型的人肢体三维变形和运动参数估计,采用圆锥曲线三维模型及其在图像 平面上投影的联系方程估计三维运动参数。人手臂运动估计实验结果表明该运动估计算法能 够正确估计人体运动参数。-To offer a good tradeoff between computational complexity and model precision in non2rigid motion analysis, a method of 3D motion estimation for elastic articulated objects (human bodies) based on the conic curves is presented. A human body 3D model is established. The 3D deformation and mo2 tion parameters based on the proposed model are estimated by a sequence of stereo images. The 3D mo2 tion parameters are estimated based on the 3D model of conic curves and the corresponding equations of its two projections in image plane. The experimental results of human arm motion estimation demonstrate that the model2based estimation method can estimate the human motion parameters properly.

三维重构的思路很简单,用OpenGL中纹理贴图功能,将平面图像中的三角形逐个贴到计算出的三维坐标上去就可以了。为了便于观察3D效果,我还设计了交互功能:用方向键可以上下左右旋转重构的模型,用鼠标滚轮可以放大或缩小。用gluLookAt函数可以实现视点旋转的功能。三维重构的代码实现在glFuncs.cpp中。(Three-dimensional reconstruction of the idea is very simple, with OpenGL texture mapping function, the plane image of the triangle one by one to the calculated three-dimensional coordinates up on it.
