适合那些需要自动登录的用户，这样可以由任何人帮你开机以执行下载等任务，但他们不能使用你的计算机，因为它将在每次开机后一旦登录就自动锁定。
无参数运行：则锁定计算机；
/I参数：安装自动运行；
/U参数：关闭自动运行；-On execution with "/I" command line, the programe will add an RUN item into the registration database, such that U can set Ur autologon account to continue Ur progress scheduled when the system is rebooted by other guys without access Ur computer.
On command line use:
/I: to install autorun
/U: to uninstall autorun
no parameters: JUST LOCK the computer.
