接着在对MPEG-4视频压缩基本技术分析的基础上,结合监控视频和C6211DSP硬件的特点,
深入研究了运动估计、DCT变换、量化等算法并进行了优化,
采用了基于钻石搜索的背景块运动搜索算法和全零块预判别算法,提高了编码程序的效率。
随后,本文在PC机上采用VC编写了改进后的MPEG-4视频编码器和解码器的软件,验证了对算法改进的可行性。
