转入正题:这个是一个离散余弦变换的C语言程序,相信数字水印和图像处理方面的编程者对他很熟悉,使用matlab实现他很简单,可是。。。我们用的是VC啊。哈哈,不过没有关系拉,这个我已经搞定了,所以如果你对此还是不很熟悉,那么就看看这个源码吧,直接用也很方便,是对m*n的分块进行的DCT变换,还有反变换,所以使用VC语言的数字水印方面的py赶紧来看看吧!
