This system is basically used for the on-line information searching, the course choosing and the announcing course managing. Besides, the power of the teacher has been well controlled. The form is made by Dreamweaver 4.03 , the data base is built by SQL Server and the active website is made by using the ASP language .This paper includes the main designing , the detail designing, the function designing and , before this , some basic knowledge and present development of the programs mentioned above.
