本程序例子中选用的单片机是IAP11F62X，包含内部可用的62kFLASH空间和扩展的1024字节XRAM。-STC11/10xx MCU is a macro technology design and production of single-crystal clock/machine cycle (1T) of the microcontroller, high-speed, low power, interference of a new generation of super-8051 microcontroller, instruction code is fully compatible with the traditional 8051, but the 8 speed-12 times.
