为什么要开发EventCore库
开发EventCore的目的是为了解决多线程程序通信，数据传递，函数调用，防死锁，线程同步，高精度计时器等问题。笔者在开发多线程程序时常常被线程同步和死锁给困捞，于是把平时项目中用于多线程同步(基于事件驱动)的代码整理出来写成EventCore库。
