在csword网友的基础上改正了一个BGI的小问题，并
加入了IDE环境：Turbo C++ 3.0
带路径直接解压到到D:\\根目录就能用，
解压后，请运行d:\\myworks\\tc\\tc.exe
而后打开项目选择d:\\myworks\\tc\\bin\\ucgui\\ucgui.prj
而后按Ctrl+F9下运行即可。
注意运行后在WinXP全屏下会没有响应，
