转入正题：这个是一个离散余弦变换的C语言程序，相信数字水印和图像处理方面的编程者对他很熟悉，使用matlab实现他很简单，可是。。。我们用的是VC啊。哈哈，不过没有关系拉，这个我已经搞定了，所以如果你对此还是不很熟悉，那么就看看这个源码吧，直接用也很方便，是对m*n的分块进行的DCT变换，还有反变换，所以使用VC语言的数字水印方面的py赶紧来看看吧！
