method of building Gaussian filter cascade is presented. This method is based on the original purpose of Gaussian filter cascade
and greatly reduces the time and memory of computation. Suitable parameters of SIFT are given out and verified, and also, detail of
the parallel hardware architecture systemis proposed, which can embed whole system on a single chip. This architecture receives a pixel
stream as input and produces as output the detected features of key point. The performance of the system is checked up with images of
256*256 pixels and it gives a absolutely real time result.

framework to simultaneously identify the spatial and temporal
extents of the action of interest in training videos. To get pixel-level
localization results, our method uses dense trajectories extracted
videos as local features to represent actions. We first
present a trajectory split-and-merge algorithm to segment a video
into the background and several separated foreground moving
objects. In this algorithm, the inherent temporal smoothness
of human actions is exploited to facilitate segmentation. Then,
with the latent SVM framework on segmentation results, spatial
and temporal extents of the action of interest are treated as
latent variables that are inferred simultaneously with action
recognition. Experiments on two challenging datasets show that
action detection with our learned spatial and temporal extents is

For this purpose, machine can be made intelligent with the help of some neural network. Cameras can detect any type of suspicious activities by their own. If any of the suspicious activity will happen under the range of camera, it will be detected and pass on to the buzzer for further action. The suspicious activity can be recognized as snatching of mobile phones, purse and other things. The snatching which is done on gun point will also be recognized by the camera, murder of someone and the fighting scene would also be detected by the camera. This idea can be planted with the help of drones for the surveillance of massive crowds. To keep an eye on the massive crowd and its suspicious activity can be detected with the help of this model. The idea can be helpful in the streets of the city to reduce the crime.
