The Arduino MP3 Shield has seven buttons and a UART interface, that is to say user has two ways to control the module flexibly. The UART interface is connected to the Arduino hardware UART by default. Since most Arduino boards have only one UART interface, this module’s UART interface can be redefined to Arduino D7 (TX) and D8 (RX) through the jumpers on board. With SoftSerial lib, Arduino could also send data to this module.
We tested with 8G SDHC card and 16G U-disk. It works in perfect compatibility. We haven’t tested larger SD and U-disk yet.

I wrote an instructions .pdf as a manual to the whole procedure of replacing the original controller. Read it carefully before starting please, it also gives an idea of the work to be done and the skills required. The file is too big (4.8Mb) for uploading here, so you must download it provided link.
The software doesn t need much attention, so you don t need to be familiar with programming. Just follow the instructions. Two versions are provided, one for AK4113 and the other for AK4118 boards. Software is only tested on version 1 (AK4113), but when using the AK4118 version, it should work on version 2 too.

But they can't be realized in some special situations, and we need the automatic control of a small device to capture some useful information first. This article is a kind of intelligent electric vehicle automatic control system developed and designed under this need. It takes MCU ARDUINO as the core of control, plus peripheral circuit, and goes up on white paper road with black line. Because the reflection coefficient of black line and white line is different, we can judge the road "black line" according to the strength of reflected light. As in Figure 1-1, the signal can be corrected by the MCU control drive module to keep it along the black line.)
