其间视乎安装环境的不同，可能还会使用到iphlpapi相关的文件，如果你使用的是
XP的操作系统，安装VC6.0，那么应该就需要这些文件。它们也已经和源代码一起打包了，
把其中的*.h文件放到VC的include目录，把*.lib文件放到VC的LIB目录就行，或者其它
项目可以引用到的地方。
