Description: 客户端：
登陆：任何拥有私人银行卡帐号和密码的人都能使用本系统登陆。
登陆权限：只有正确的帐号和密码才能登陆。
注册：符合身份证的公民都可以申请此银行的账号，且此账号没有被别人注册，且用户以前没有申请过此账号。
查询：已登陆本系统的操作人员有权查询本人帐户余额。
取款：已登陆本系统的操作人员可以提取本人帐户款项，所取款面值为100的倍数，最多是2000元。
存款：已登陆本系统操作人员可以把款项存入本人帐户，所存面值为100的倍数，最多是2000元。
转帐：已登陆本系统操作人员可以把本人帐户款项转入其他本行已存在的帐户,且转账的金额不能超过20000。
密码修改：已登陆本系统操作人员可以修改密码。
退出：已登陆本系统操作人员可以安全退出本系统。
服务器端：
服务器端有相应的用户操作日志，记录用户的账号，何时，何地，进行操作自己的账户，并且能对用户的发来的一些数据和请求有相应的处理功能。
