隐藏“显示 属性”窗口的外观、屏幕保护程序、设置、桌面、主题等选修卡；
禁止使用“桌面主题”颜色、字号设置；
禁止使用“桌面主题”窗口和按钮风格设置；
禁止使用“屏幕保护程序”；
设置是否可以更改“屏幕保护程序”密码；
隐藏“屏幕保护程序”的“设置”按钮；
禁止使用“屏幕保护程序”密码；
删除“屏幕保护程序”密码；
禁止在磁盘碎片整理时运行“屏幕保护程序”；
禁止使用系统默认的“屏幕保护程序”；
设置“屏幕保护程序”的超时值；
设置开机自动运行的“屏幕保护程序”；
设置带密码的“屏幕保护程序”执行生效期；
可以部署在服务器上，适合在公共电脑等不方便带文件的场合进行快速系统配置，也适合嵌入到其它程序中，进行快速开发。
