软件功能：根据 txt中的圆的数据，绘制成bmp图形，用于光刻行业的图形发生器
1、菜单 编辑 --> read data 读入 txt中的圆的数据，和 转换设置 文件
2、 菜单 查看--> 允许重绘 显示bmp图像
3、右键 保存 bmp 文件
-load txt data
memory draw Black & White BW (1 bit) bitmap
save as bmp file
