如果没有正确设置，会提示没有找到CCS for C5000的编译器或链接器或Hex转换工具
2.打开COFF文件
被烧写的DSP程序，直接选择.out文件。
注意：编译CCS Project时要加上-v548参数，否则所生成的.out无法正确转换成Boot Table。
设置方法：选择菜单Project/Build Option...，在Complier里面的Process Version里填548，
编译参数里会自动加上-v548。
