Description: In the game, there are two moving objects on a game board, a thief and a police.
The thief is controlled by the computer and moves around in the game board randomly.
The user (i.e., the player) moves the police left, down, right and up by pressing ‘A’, ‘S’, ‘D’ and ‘W’ respectively, so as to catch the thief.
When the police successfully arrested the thief, i.e., came to the same location as the thief, the player won the game. Your program should then display a “congratulation message” and the number of moves the player took to arrest the thief.
