Description: 本书所主要关注者,并不是科学告之于我们的知识。当然,如果我的大部分生涯不曾专门致力于经济学的研究,而且在晚近也不曾努力研习其他社会科学门类业已获致的种种成果,本书的撰写是不可能完成的;但是尽管如此,我在这里所关注的也不只是事实,而且亦不局限于对因果关系的陈述。我的目的在于构画一种理想,指出实现这一理想的可能途径,并解释这一理想的实现所具有的实际意义。-the book main concern is not science to inform our knowledge. Of course, if most of my career has not devoted to the economics research, but in recent years efforts have not been studies in other social sciences category industry have achieved the results, the authors of the book is impossible to accomplish; but in spite of that I have here is not only concerned about the fact that and it is not confined to the causal link between the statements. My aim is formulated an ideal, that this may be the ideal way and explained that the ideal is to achieve practical significance.
