1、将tiactutil.exe覆盖到安装目录的ccsv4\DebugServer\license目录下；
2、将mdex.dll覆盖到安装目录的ccsv4\DebugServer\win32\components目录下；
3、使用提供的full.lic作为license文件即可。
lmcrypt_tidspssw.exe的使用方法：将修改后的license.dat用鼠标拖放到lmcrypt_tidspssw.exe文件上即可，将会生成新的license.dat
