的优化设计和选型提供了可靠的设计依据。-use CFD software, Reynolds stress model used to calculate the respective 300-and 250-type sander hydrocyclones the flow field, been two kinds of hydrocyclones sander axial, radial and tangential velocity and pressure in the distribution curve. Based on the results of the analysis, the simulation results are consistent with the Cyclone sander operating rules. Comparing two kinds of Cyclone sander within the flow field, show improved 300 Desanding Hydrocyclones the structure and separation capacity than the original 250-hydrocyclone sander, Desanding Hydrocyclones for the optimum design and selection provided a reliable basis for the design.
