第一、将DICOMTK里面的所有编译好的lib文件拷贝到\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98\lib目录下
第二、将DICOMTK里面的lib库所对应的头文件考到\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98\include目录下
第三、改一下我程序里面的包含头，把那个多余的dicomtk目录删掉
