动复制生成的数据，默认为生成的数据添加0x前缀，这样就可以把
数据包方便地粘贴到代码或各种16进制调试工具里面，如“串口调
试助手”。也可以用来在调试分析时和调试状态的数据包进行对比，
以检验数据包的合法性。
本程序用
qt4.2.3 opensource + mingw
写成，最后用
molebox打包
source目录下是源代码
协议包生成工具.exe 为打包后的可执行文件，
运行时不需要额外的动态连接库
