状态一：命令状态（命令态）
输入、处理各种行编辑命令。所输入的内容要根据事先定义的编辑命令进行解释，完成规定的操作。
编辑命令状态提示符：*
状态二：行输入状态（编辑态）
输入文本行。所输入的内容要全部作为文本存入文件中。
输入态提示符：无
