Description: 真是计划没有变化快，3.0.3的汉化才出来，Fastreport3.05又推出，而且还增加了包括繁体中文在内的多个语言包（唯独没有简体中文），大概是对我们有歧视吧。
没有办法，继续汉化吧，反正上一版本有一点过度汉化了。还有一些术语没有准确到位。
各位，看看这个版本吧。
