Action()方法监听按钮，并对发生的按钮事件进行处理，通过使用判定语句evt.target == BtnConn来跟踪用户是否单击连接按钮，如果发生单击事件，则通过调用connect()方法来进行连接。如果evt.target == BtnClose 则调用stop()方法来断开连接。
