Description: 曾孝平,陈燕飞,李勇明.实数自适应并行遗传算法的研究。针对遗传算法中的早收敛现象,提出了一种实数自适应并行遗传算法(real adaptive parallel genetic algo- rithm,RAPGA)。该算法采用了一种并行遗传进化结构,并将自适应交叉、变异算子引入到本算法中,增强和保持了种群的多样性。最后,通过与其他经典优化遗传算法进行比较显示,RAPGA对多个标准测试函数均表现出较好的搜索性能。

Description: We present a genetic algorithm which is distributed in two novel ways: along genotype and temporal axes. Our algo- rithm ﬁ rst distributes, for every member of the population, a subset of the genotype to each network node, rather than a subset of the population to each. This genotype distri- bution is shown to oﬀ er a signiﬁ cant gain in running time. Then, for eﬃ cient use of the computational resources in the network, our algorithm divides the candidate solutions into pipelined sets and thus the distribution is in the temporal domain, rather that in the spatial domain. This temporal distribution may lead to temporal inconsistency in selection and replacement, however our experiments yield better eﬃ - ciency in terms of the time to convergence without incurring signiﬁ cant penalties.
