该系统主要分为三个模块，即资料管理模块，读者管理模块，消息管理模块。资料管理模块主要的功能是对资料的添加，删除，修改与检索。读者管理模块的主要功能是对读者的添加删除，修改，检索以及借阅与归还的管理。消息发布模块的主要功能是管理员发布一些生要消息以达到通知的效果。
