Description: 说明：该程序是适用于Mini6410开发板，是一个很小的裸机程序，基开发平台为 ADS，主要功能是
点亮 LED 并驱动串口输出，程序运行后，板上的LED 将会出现“对对碰”显示效果，同时从串口0
打印“Hello, Mini6410”， 目标可执行文件可以被烧写到 Nand Flash 的Block0运行，也可以烧写至普
通的 SD 卡运行使用， 可以称之为Bootloader的雏形。
