通过UDP来实现穿透NAT的点对点通讯。

程序设置一个共享目录里边所有文件都可供别人多点下载（类似BT）
独立服务端 负责消息中转、用户登陆
客户端从服务端获取用户列表 然后直连各个用户 以实现 聊天 语音 视屏 文件传输等可能的一切服务

由于工作太忙<一个小借口^O^>，文件传输、语音 视频等服务一直没去实现。
希望有朋友在此基础上完善后能发布了给大家学习：）
