本程序为监测程序，监测其他程序是否允许，
如果被监测的程序未执行，则启动。
执行之后
默认隐藏，按快捷键ctrl+s，对话框出现
再次按下Ctrl+S 则隐藏。。
在MonitorProcess目录和Debug目录下
各有2个txt文本，path和process 文本
自己添加程序的路径以及程序的名字
