２：该系统分为 系统管理员和普通员工两个权限，不同的员工登陆具有不同的页面，管理员可以自定义用户权限。
３：该系统可以自定义添加部门，职位，静态数据，公告，以及添加员工等相关信息。
４：关于数据库的配置，如有需要请自行到Web.config处去修改链接字符串，数据库在App_Data 里，如果装了Sql2005Express可以直接使用。
