第一步:安装spss17.0
第二步：安装 SPSSStatisticsPythonPlugInWin32_1700.exe
第三步：安装Python2.5.4
第四步：安装scipy-0.6.0和numpy-1-1.0
第五步：复制PLS.py文件到Python安装目录----\Python25\Lib\site-packages\
复制plscommand.xml文件到spss安装目录----\SPSSInc\Statistics17\extensions，没有extensions文件夹就新建一个。
