Rayleigh fading channel with a nite-state Markov chain, and adopt the
M/G/1 queueing model as the analytical tool. Computer simulation is

paper therefore provides a comprehensive RRM algorithm for
OFDMA-based multi-cellular fixed relay networks in a way to

throughput (in contrast, pure opportunistic RRM techniques
always favor users with good channel conditions
