You can also vary the CG location of the wing by double clicking on the picture of the BACT subsystem. The structural, mass, and aerodynamic properties all come from the following "Modeling the Benchmark Active Control Technology Wind Tunnel Model for Application to Flutter Suppression" by Martin R. Waszak of NASA Langley. Automatic flutter detection is implemented via a state-machine in Stateflow.
