Description: 单片机汉字和ASCII字符程序,程序中的汉字和英文全部存在字库中。单片机用的是常用的8051,仿真软件用的是proteus。由于proteus中的flash最大是64k,没有29c040等,而汉字和ASCII加起来有二百多k,所以用了5片27c512,如此一来程序就复杂了。用hc38译码器做片选等功能,hc00做逻辑电路,锁存器是hc373,液晶屏是12864的,ks0108驱动芯片,都是比较常用的。技术上用的是总线方法,包换液晶屏,没有用间接驱动,因为那样浪费IO口,液晶屏因为有左右屏之分,所以还要考虑在只有一个ASCII字符和情况下如果要显示中文该如何处理。还用到了分页技术,因为flash太多了。proteus的优点是不用硬件就可以调试程序,但有时与在硬件板上有区别。但还是相当不错的,如果做硬件板的话,或许要花几百元。看下图的仿真,proteus版本是7.1,keil的版本是8.02.如果学生拿来做毕业设计的话,那是相当不错的,因为这个技术曾经用在产品上。
上面是前段时间写的一个单片机外挂汉字库程序,之后有好多学员和朋友说那个仿真太占用率低IO口了,实用性不高,加上有人要我他用I2C做字库,所以就做了下面这个程序,这下解放了一大堆IO和其它的元件,程序变得更简单了,学员们高兴极了。唯一不好的地方就是I2C的速度慢,显示费劲,大家做产品要考虑这个问题。
