及网络技术的综合应用，是一种新兴的分布式实时控制系统。通信结构
已经由传统的端对端的通信模式向通用总线形式转变，随之而来的网络
资源的竞争所带来的网络时延赋予传统的控制理论和方法新的含义和研
究内容，所以近些年来对网络控制系统的研究已经成为了控制界新的热
点方向。对网络控制系统的时延和调度的研究是其中重要内容之一，所
以本文针对这两个基本问题进行了相关研究。
