摘要:用Verilog硬件描述语言实现了PS/2设备接口的II)核设计,详细描述了II)核的结构划分和各模块的

Spintronics, at the interface between magnetism and electronics, is a new field of research in

Spintronics, or spin electronics, refers to the study of the role played by electron spin in solid-state
physics, and possible devices that specifically exploit spin properties instead of or in addition to
charge degrees of freedom. For example, spin relaxation and spin transport in metals and
semiconductors are of fundamental research interest not only for being basic solid state physics
issues, but also for the already demonstrated potential these phenomena have in electronic

Description: In statistical mechanics, the Potts model, a generalization of the Ising model, is a model of interacting spins on a crystalline lattice. By studying the Potts model, one may gain insight into the behaviour of ferromagnets and certain other phenomena of solid-state physics. The strength of the Potts model is not so much that it models these physical systems well it is rather that the one-dimensional case is exactly solvable, and that it has a rich mathematical formulation that has been studied extensively.
The model is named after Renfrey Potts, who described the model near the end of his 1951 Ph.D. thesis. The model was related to the planar Potts or clock model , which was suggested to him by his advisor, Cyril Domb.
