在程序中所管理的数据主要分为学校下属单位电话、学校学生宿舍电话、以及个人电话的查询。在上述查询中其中主要包括单位的ID、单位的名称以及单位的电话号码属性用以描述起基本信息、宿舍包括宿舍好以及电话号，而个人电话也包括个人姓名与个人电话号码。系统主要完成对上述属性的添加、修改、查询的基本操作。
