在ＡｒｃＧＩＳ和ＳｗＭＭ软件问建立一个系统数据库，包括水力计算过程中不变的静态数据库及预报时的动态数据库［９］。静态数据包括节点（检查井、雨水口、出口）的地面标高、井深及管道（排水管道、街道）的长度、管径、形状和子流域的面积、坡度等，采用地理空间数据库中的属性表来存储。根据ＳｗＭＭ模型输入文件的要求，建立节点（检查井、雨水口）、管网、出口和子流域４个图层，每个图层均有一个对应的属性表，包含ＳｗＭＭ模型所需的属性信息，图层上的每一个空间地物对应属性表中的一条数据记录。动态数据包括雨水情信息输入和ＳｗＭＭ模型计算结果输出两部分，目前水情预报部门已通过雨水情自动采集系统构建了数据库系统，采用ＳＱＬ２０００数据库保存ＳｗＭＭ模型计算结果。将收集的数据输入ＡｒｃＧＩＳ，利用编好的程序将ＡｒｃＧＩＳ的属性数据读出，并严格按ＳＷＭＭ模型输入文件要求的格式将这些数据保存为一个文件，再将生成的文件导入ＳｗＭＭＥｎｇｉｎｅ中，即可利用ＳｗＭＭ模型计算。计算完成后(Secondary development based on SWAT)
