这个东西是一个自做TTS工具的一部分，
总体功能(不在这里）：
1.UI部分
Office 2007风格，包括文本编辑，文本分割，pattern级别的文字删除（很多从网上下载的文字有很多垃圾）
2.OCR部分
很多网络小说是图片版的， 这个程序负责把jpeg, png, bmp, wmf 等格式的文件变成txt
3.TTS部分 （TXT）
把TXT变成wave
4.埋音乐背景（就是上传的这个程序）
5.把wave转成mp3
