1.4、打开KEIL,选择File菜单下的License Management，拷贝CID；
1.5、用KEIL_Lic.exe生成License,并注册(此为KEIL最新注册机，支持MDK3.20)
1.6、打开keil的安装目录下的TOOLS.ini（见图03）文件，改成如下（见图02）：
1.7、请注意区分内核（在DEBUG介面设置）ULINK Cortex Debugger用于Cortex核； ULINK ARM Debugger是用于ARM7/9的调试；
