该目录下提供了一个Dll文件（JpgVSbmp.dll），可进行Bmp和Jpeg格式的相互转换。并给出一个VB调用此Dll中API函数的示例。
JpgVSbmp.dll中封装了2个API函数：
1. BmpToJpg 将指定的Bmp文件内容转换为JPG文件格式。
2. JpgToBmp 将指定的Jpg文件内容转换为Bmp文件格式。
\封装的Dll本目录下包含了2个子目录，分别为：
（1）..\GeoTrans 封装Dll的VC++项目源代码。
（2）..\GeoInVB 调用封装Dll的VB演示程序代码。
本书文档中并未给出具体的封装过程，读者可以阅读本目录（\封装的Dll）下的“用MFC封装图象处理Dll”文件。
