TSendVideo-提供VFW模式下，可选系统压缩器进行传输的控件。
TRECVideo-和上面的控件是一对，用于接收。

安装：在本系统中需要用到两个动态链接库，
xvid.dll g729dll.dll,最好请在安装前将其复制到系统目录下，
如:C:\winnt\system32下面。
