Description: 本来写着自用的工具，源于打澄海3C时，经常太激烈导致War3卡住，切换都切不出来。
此工具可以通过热键在后台直接结束进程，另外屏蔽了左右Win键，和键盘上的Power关机键，并实现了显血功能。
最近已经把程序整个重写，遂把之前的War3Killer源码上传共享。
