直接使用Microsoft VS.NET创建的web应用程序部署项目在安装时会对注册表执行额外操作，直接将web文件拷贝到相关目录再打开IIS手工创建虚拟目录又太繁琐，于是写了这个web应用程序部署向导——webSetup。
主要功能
1、安装SQL数据库。两种方式：使用SQL脚本文件创建或者附加数据库文件。
