由于代码不完整， 有很多功能看不到， 还有些按键和按钮会触发错误对话框，请注意规避。

Description: 作或修改技能仅需要操作Spell.dbc这一个文件。通过修改其中的数据可以对技能的所有方面进行操作，所以单说制作技能的话，你只需要一个工具，MyDBCEditor。这个工具在我的上一篇帖子中有下载链接。当然，如果想在客户端得到视觉反馈（显示图标、说明、动画什么的），则还需要将其压入Patch里替掉客户端原来那个。而如果你希望这个技能可以被学习，或是像我这样在角色创建时就拥有，则需要做其他的一些工作，后面我会讲到这些。
Spell.dbc共有234列，每一列都对应着技能某个方面的属性。如果你仅想制作像寒冰箭这种读条，打人身上掉血，触发减速效果，耗蓝，能被反制的技能，只需要其中的10列左右数据。但如果想实现我做的那些所有技能，则至少要用到100列的特性，而且需要制作技能链接才能实现预期的效果。(To make or modify skills, you only need to manipulate the file Spell. dbc.
