Description: 本程序功能有班级课件或文件上传，实现网上资源共享。
管理员可以在后台添加用户并赋予上传的权限并可以修改用户资料，
用户登陆后可以下载课件或上传文件和修改资料。
由于时间关系~暂时只做这点小功能，功能简单但实用~~哈哈~~~~
数据库在Data文件夹里面，请修改Conn.asp里面的数据库连接。修改UpLoadClass.asp里面的设置可以限制要上传的文件类型，
默认只可以上传rar/zip的文件。
