It finds a free partition that meets the requirements of the job and minimizes the size of the fragments from the entire free zone. In order to adapt to this algorithm, the free partitions in the free partitioned table (free zone chain) should be sorted from small to large, and from the head start to find the first free partition assignment that meets the requirements. The algorithm preserves large free zones, but causes many small idle areas.
