Description: Point-to-point video conferencing program VideoNet source code- source code the program can be used for two people at LAN/Intranet (or Internet) to carry out on video conferencing. Now there is lot of video conferencing program, each have their own performance technology. The main issue is video conferencing video frame size is too big for the transmission. Therefore, the performance depends on the codec frames. I use Express H263 encoding library to achieve better compression ratio improve speed. The program can also do small changes in Internet use
