Description: Power system when the user first need to set up an east-west direction and north-south direction of the passage of time, K1 key for an operation by, K2 for the operation plus 1. K3 key operation for the traffic lights to confirm button, K4 key things to set the parameters and the South and the North button switch. Time parameter can be from 1 seconds to 9 seconds to adjust. System will be set after the completion of the new time parameter to control the traffic lights switch
